Delete your MenuNative account

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Your account

MenuNative is an app published by FILABS. The account is optional: it is created when you sign in with Google, and backs up your menus, orders, settings and photos (your allergies and diet only if you agreed). You can delete it at any time, in two ways.

In the app

Open MenuNative, then Profile › Account › Delete my account, and confirm. If your last sign-in is not recent, the app asks you to sign in again first, to check that it is really you.

Without the app

Write to [email protected] from your Google account’s e-mail address, with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete the account and reply within 30 days. If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm from the account’s address.

What is erased

  • your sign-in account at Firebase (Google): e-mail address, display name, identifier;
  • your consents, including the one to back up your allergies and diet;
  • any link between you and the backed-up data.

What is kept

Your menus, orders, settings, photos and, if you had synced them, your allergies and diet are not erased: your data is no longer linked to you and is kept in anonymous form, under a random identifier, with dates rounded to the day, with no link to your Google account or your device. It is only used to improve the service.

Also kept: the device’s free-photo counters, to prevent abuse; our database’s technical backups, which keep the old link for at most 30 days. The history saved on your phone stays there: you can erase it in the app.

If you sign in again later with the same Google account, you start from an empty account.

Subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel a running subscription. Cancel it in your store: on iPhone, Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

Other requests

To remove only your allergies and diet from the account: Profile › Account › Sync allergies and diet. For a copy or a correction of your data, or any other question: [email protected]. All the details are on the Privacy page.
